General Use

We offer IPTV subscriptions and reseller panels exclusively.
Please note that BITS doesn’t own or control any of the video or audio content, so we can’t guarantee that all channels or VODs will always be available. Content in our packages may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice.Our main responsibility is to activate your subscription for the agreed period. Once it’s active, we’ll send a screenshot with the expiration date to your registered email as proof.
BITS simply acts as a reseller for various service providers.Each subscription supports one connection, so it can only be used on one device at a time.

To get started, clients need to provide their device details — including the type, model, app used, and MAC address (if applicable). If no device information is listed in the order notes, we’ll send your subscription in M3U format, and this option can’t be changed later.Please note that providers may perform server maintenance at any time, and no specific time frame is guaranteed. Occasional buffering, freezing, or non-working content can happen with IPTV services worldwide — this is a normal part of how IPTV works. Clients are encouraged to understand these common characteristics before purchasing.If a particular IPTV package becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with another similar option. Subscription credentials are typically sent to the client’s registered email within one business day after payment has been confirmed.For IPTV resellers, BITS’ responsibility is limited to activating your account and providing reseller panel details, including the agreed credit points.
Please note that we don’t provide support for technical or operational issues related to reseller panels.

Refund Policy

BITS guarantees that every TV subscription code purchased through our website will be activated for the agreed period. Once your subscription is set up, we’ll send a screenshot showing your IPTV details and expiration date to your registered contact information.While we always strive to provide a smooth experience, please understand that we have no control over server issues, interruptions, or content that may stop working. If you need help, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.BITS cannot be held responsible for subscriptions purchased for incompatible or incorrect IPTV receiver boxes, so please double-check your device details before ordering.

Service Withdrawal

You don’t need to notify us if you’d like to cancel or pause your subscription. It will automatically expire or be paused once your current subscription period ends — no extra steps or payments required.

Contents & Other Packages

The availability of packages may change from time to time, and we reserve the right to add or remove services without prior notice. BITS acts solely as a service provider, which means that certain services or channels may be added, updated, or removed in accordance with broadcasting regulations.

Payment & Insurance
